Stallion Construction & Manufacturing is a Cairo-based interiors practice. We design, build, and fabricate — for homes, hotels, restaurants, and offices across Egypt and the wider region.
Who we are.
Stallion for Construction and Manufacturing is an Egyptian design, build, and manufacturing firm founded in 2020 and based in Mohandessin, Cairo. We bring three disciplines under one roof, design, construction, and an in-house furniture factory, so a project stays with one team from the first brief to the final fitting. That structure is the difference. Where most firms design a space and then hand it to separate contractors and furniture suppliers, we coordinate the design, build it, and manufacture the joinery and furniture ourselves. Fewer handoffs mean tighter quality, clearer accountability, and finishes that match what was drawn. We work across residential, hospitality, administrative, and commercial projects, with delivery across Cairo, Giza, and the North Coast
Where we're heading.
To be Egypt’s most trusted design-build-manufacture studio, known for craftsmanship that endures and a process clients can rely on
What we set out to do.
To deliver interiors of lasting quality by keeping design, construction, and manufacturing under one roof, giving every client a single, accountable partner from concept to handover
Four principles. No exceptions.
Drawn before built.
We don't begin on site until every wall, junction, and switch position is drawn, sampled, and signed off. It saves weeks and protects the budget.
One team, one programme.
Designers, project managers, finishers and joiners work from the same Gantt. There are no hand-offs between disciplines — only between phases.
Made by hand, where possible.
Mass-produced joinery is fine for some jobs. For the rest, our workshop fabricates to the tolerances our designers actually want.
Sustainability is a default.
FSC-certified timber, recycled aggregates in our terrazzo, and a re-finish-rather-than-replace policy on every project that lets us return.
The people you'll meet on day one.
A short list of senior team members. The full studio is sixty-four hands strong — site managers, finishers, joiners and designers.
