About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses this website. They are separate from any project engagement contract you may sign with us. If you submit a brief through this site, our response and any subsequent work is governed by a signed fee letter and a project contract, not by these website terms.
Content & ownership
All written content, photographs, drawings, branding and design on this site are the property of Stallion Construction & Manufacturing unless explicitly credited otherwise. Some imagery is currently placeholder photography licensed from Unsplash; these images will be replaced with our own project photography as they become available.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse any content without our written permission.
Project photography
Where photographs of completed projects appear with named client titles, the photography has been published with the client's consent. If you are the owner or occupant of a featured property and would like a photograph removed, email info@stallion-cm.com and we will remove it within five working days.
Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site current, but we make no warranty that every detail (project list, materials library, team roster) is up to date at any given moment. For binding information, please request a fee letter or signed proposal.
Form submissions
When you submit the brief form, you agree to receive a single reply from us by email or WhatsApp. We will not add you to any marketing list without separate, explicit consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo.
